We are pleased to invite you to a very special educational event for us - "The Music Industry Tomorrow: Challenges and Opportunities" - an exclusive meeting with one of the most influential names in classical music in Europe - Kevin Kleinman. It is organized in partnership between CULTURAMA FEST and the Bulgarian Association of Music Producers (BAMP) and will be useful for students, classical musicians, artists of all genres and career stages, music companies, distributors, and publishers, as well as representatives of creative organizations, the academic community, and representatives of institutions in the field of culture and art.
The event will take place on November 3, 2025 (Monday) at 10:00 a.m. at Umberto & Co (14 Slavyanska Street, Sofia), with free admission. It aims to bring together artists, musicians, representatives of the music business, creative industries and institutions, as well as school and university students, who will learn more about artistic development, digital transformation and the future of the music industry. During the event, participants will have the opportunity to receive practical advice from a music expert, engage in discussions based on real-life cases, ask questions during a Q&A session with Kevin Kleinman, and build valuable contacts. The event will focus on two main topics: the development of an artist and the digital transformation of the music business. During the event, guests will learn more about the opportunities available to young talents to transition from their academic education to a professional career, as well as the key steps for a successful transition to the big stage. Kevin Kleinman will share valuable practical guidance on building a strong artistic image and brand—a process that provides a competitive advantage in the music industry. Special emphasis will be placed on digital tools that open new horizons for global success by giving local music a chance to reach an international audience. The future of the music business will also be outlined, in which artistic development and international success are cultivated in the digital environment.

More about Kevin Kleinman:
Kevin Kleinman has devoted his entire professional life to working in the music industry, specifically in classical music. With more than 40 years of professional experience, he has held senior positions at CBS Records/Sony (Vice President), Philips Classics (International Vice President), PolyGram Classique, France (Managing Director), Deutsche Grammophon (Interim President), and Universal Music International (Senior Vice President). He has been actively involved in the development of the Master's program in "Music and Arts Management" at Sorbonne Université ("Sorbonne") in Paris, where he has been teaching since 1997, and is also a regular guest lecturer at the music academies in Helsinki and Tallinn. He is actively involved as a business development and marketing consultant with international institutions, orchestras, festivals, and individual artists. He participates in global forums such as the International Music Council, Financial Times Global Summits, and Centre Ernest Lluch in Barcelona.
